Jas Ahluwalia studied the illustrious Tabla under the world-renowned Ustad Tari Khan. The Tabla is a pair of hand-played drums known for its versatility in both melody and rhythm, capable of producing a wide range of tones that bring a unique depth to any composition. Jas’ deep understanding of rhythm and thoughtful accompaniment elevates every performance, bringing emotional depth and intelligence to each piece.

Together with his wife, Kamaljeet, he is one of the creative forces behind Absolute Focus, a music and media production duo with credits including Netflix, Apple TV+, Amazon, Disney, and Facebook. Through Absolute Focus, they compose original music for film, television, theater, and cultural projects, bridging Indian classical tradition with contemporary storytelling to reach audiences around the world.
