Nate Alpin

Soulnate explores the world of keyboard synthesis, and blends these cosmic sounds with field recordings captured on Earth, and creates music of an other-worldly quality. Nate Alpin (aka Soulnate) is currently based in Laguna Hills, California & has 23 years of experience playing piano, 8 years of production with Ableton, and has created original compositions solo and in collaboration with his friends. He is trained in Western & Jazz Theory from Moorpark College and studied audio engineering at Los Angeles Recording School. His sound is greatly influenced by the creations of Brian Eno, Erik Satie, and Boards of Canada.
