Arun Ramamurthi

Arun Ramamurthi is an accomplished Carnatic violinist and senior disciple of the renowned Delhi Shri P. Sunder Rajan. Based in Orange County, California, he is a highly sought-after violin accompanist who has performed alongside legendary artists including Madurai T.N. Seshagopalan, Sudha Raghunathan, and Dr. Trichy Sankaran. In addition to his expertise on the violin, Arun is also a trained vocalist, having studied under Smt. Padma Kutty and the late Vairamangalam Lakshminarayanan.

Deeply committed to nurturing the next generation, Arun has been teaching violin to young students for over 15 years. He is the founder of MaargaUSA, a nonprofit organization established in 2015 to support and promote emerging musicians. He has also contributed to the community through his service as a board member of the South Indian Music Academy in Los Angeles.
