Omkar Gadre

Omkar started learning harmonium when he was 8. His interest in harmonium was kindled by his grandmother, Lata Gadre; she used to play a songs for him and Omkar loved it during his toddler and kindergarten years.
He obtained foundational harmonium training from Ms. Sampada Sathye and has been receiving advanced instructions from Mrs Varsha Kamble, both residing in Pune, India.
He has been accompanying his friends in various concerts and is one of the core artists in Los Angeles based “Geet Ramayan” musical shows for past 2 years. He is also the resident harmonium player at Chinmay Mission Los Angeles based in Tustin, CA.
Apart from harmonium he is greatly interested in science & engineering based activities and is an energetic Scout!
