Sudhakar Vaidyanathan began his training in tabla under Shri Satish Tare at the age of eight. He now continues to study tabla under the guidance of Pandit Swapan Chaudhuri. He is an up and coming tabla player and has played regularly at the Ali Akbar College of Music, and across the Bay Area.
