Sarang Majmudar

Sarang is born into a musical family and started receiving tabla lessons from a young age of 5 years old from Jyoti Prakas and Abhijit Banerjee. Sarang is presently a disciple of Pandit Nayan Ghosh and travels to India during breaks at school to study the art of tabla. Sarang has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to accompany Pt Jasraj, Ashit and Hema Desai, Kankana Banerjee, Rattan Mohan Sharma and a host of other local artists. Sarang is a Senior at UCR.
